Geoff Stanley
Geoff Stanley came here from a varied background. After years in sales, God directed him into ministry. Geoff agreed and prayed something like, “Okay, just as long as I don’t have to be a youth pastor.” In God’s infinite sense of humor, Geoff spent his first 5 years of ministry as a youth pastor. It was actually great. God’s other direction was for Geoff to be a U.S. Navy Chaplain, which he did for about 10 amazing years in the Reserves, serving Seabees and Marines mostly. His last work was as an associate pastor before coming here to Holland Bible Church.
Geoff is encouraged by Amy, his wife of twenty-some years and Isaac, a terrific teen. Interests besides Doing God’s work and family activities are history, antique cars and hunting.
